The rosary has always been an important part of my own spiritual life, and praying the rosary and bringing my burdens to Jesus and to the Blessed Mother has continued to bring me peace and comfort throughout the trials of life.

I started making rosaries for friends and family as a way to express my creativity and share my Catholic faith, and during the Spring of 2020, I found that making rosaries calmed my restless heart and mind during some uncertain and trying times (hello COVID-19!).

Thanks to the encouragement of my husband and family, I decided to create this shop to share my rosaries. When I was praying about the name for my shop and reading quotes from the Bible and from saints, the word "refuge," jumped out to me in a way that it never had before. Particularly, the quote: "My Immaculate Heart will be your refuge," spoken by Our Lady when she appeared in Fatima, Portugal, resonated with me and expressed my hopes and dreams for this undertaking of sharing the mission of the rosary.

It is in the heart of Jesus, through the mediation and intercession of the Blessed Mother, that we will find the refuge that we seek.
